President Muhammadu Buhari has scratched off his visit to the Sambisa Forest, the previous head quarter of Boko Haram faction.
Buhari was at first planned to proclaim open the Nigerian Army Small Arms Championship holding in Sambisa woods on Monday, March 27.
The pastor of guard, Mansur Dan-Ali, will now speak to the President at the occasion, Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai uncovered this on Saturday, March 25.
No solid reason was given for the cancelation.
Addressing newsmen in Maiduguri, Buratai said Sambisa backwoods was decided for the occasion to combine Nigerian Army's grasp on the range.
He stated: "We have been in the north-east, battling the Boko Haram psychological militants, and you know the centrality of the Sambisa woods to them.
